You made a good choice to contact us. We hope we can help you. Careful treatment of your question is important to us. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the handling process surrounding your question. The process surrounding your question will be handled as follows.

Step 1
Your request will be assessed by one of the VCO board members.

Step 2
On an anonymous basis, we will search another expert member who can help you with your request. We will ask that person whether he or she has the expertise and opportunity to help you. Before we pass on your name and contact details, please note, we will contact you to ensure this is okay for you.

Step 3
We will connect you with eachother. You can choose whether you want to involve one of the VCO board members in the conversation.

Step 4
We would like to receive some feedback on whether the conversation has been successful for you.
